Ingredients

  • Strawberry juice, for rim
  • Sugar, for rim
  • 1 oz light rum
  • ½ oz strawberry schnapps
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 oz fresh or frozen strawberries
  • Crushed ice
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Fresh strawberry, for garnish

Directions

  1. Rim a glass in strawberry juice and sugar.
  2. Shake rum, schnapps, lime juice, powdered sugar, strawberries, and crushed ice in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Pour into the rimmed glass.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream and a whole fresh strawberry.
  5. Serve.
