Ingredients

  • 3 cups (18 oz) chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Directions

  1. Use a double boiler to melt the chocolate chips. Failing to use a double boiler will result in burned chocolate.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk. Stir until mixed.
  3. Pour into a lined baking dish, bowl, or other mold. Expect it to stick if you don't use wax paper or foil.
  4. Let cool for several hours.

Equipment

Double boiler, 2 feet of wax paper or aluminum foil (optional)
