Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup matzah meal
  • Orange extract
  • 1 cup ground walnuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Beat eggs and add sugar, mix.
  3. Mix in oil and add matzah meal.
  4. Add walnuts and mix.
  5. Add orange extract generously and mix.
  6. Pour into 9-inch cake pan.
  7. Bake for 30–40 minutes in the preheated oven.
