Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, well-beaten
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1½ cups brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend all ingredients together, starting with eggs and ending with nuts.
  3. Grease casserole dish, pour in casserole.
  4. Bake for about 35 minutes.
  5. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
