Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil
  • 2 medium onions, diced
  • 6–10 firm tomatoes, diced
  • 8–10 fresh habanero peppers, diced
  • 3 bell peppers (optional), diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 740 g canned corned beef, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasoning/stock cube

Directions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan. Add the onions, tomatoes, peppers, garlic, and ginger. Stir, and fry for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix in the corned beef, and fry for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add salt and seasoning cube to taste. Stir, then cover and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Adjust seasoning as needed, and serve.
