Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter

Filling

  • 11 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Fruit filling of choice

Directions

Crust

  1. Mix crust ingredients like pie crust until crumbly.
  2. Press in pan. Bake at 350°F until brown. Cool.
  3. Take fork and crumble into small pieces. Some may be reserved for topping if you choose.

Filling

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
  2. Spoon the filling on the crust until it is covered.
  3. Top with your favorite fruit filling.

Notes

Thickened blackberries and boysenberries make excellent toppings.
