Ingredients

  • 2 cans crushed pineapple with juice
  • 4 packages instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 small cans of mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 cups mini-marshmallows
  • 1 large tub whipped cream or Cool Whip

Directions

  1. 1. Combine the crushed pineapple and juice with the pudding mix in a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Stir in the marshmallows and mandarin oranges.
  3. 3. Fold in whipped cream, and refrigerate overnight.
