Ingredients

Pancake
- 1 cup (140 grams / 4.9 oz) wheat flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup (110 grams / 3.9 oz) sugar
- ½ cup (125 ml / 4.2 oz) fresh milk
Filling
- Oil
- 50 grams (1.8 oz) minced pork
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Assembly
- 1 tsp oil
- Sausage
- Quail egg
- Flavouring, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Directions
Batter
- Combine flour and baking soda, then sift it together.
- Beat the eggs and sugar together in a bowl. Then add milk, alternating it with the flour mixture.
- Mix it enough to dissolve the sugar, but do not beat until fluffy.
- Set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
Filling
- Fry the minced pork in a pan with oil over high heat until cooked.
- Season with soy sauce, and set aside.
Assembly
- Warm a pan, and brush butter or oil on it.
- Pour some of the batter on the pan, and wait until the batter is cooked and makes a thin pancake.
- Top the pancake with the sausage or egg. Add the minced pork on top.
- Season the pancake with flavouring and pepper.
- Roll the pancake up and serve.
