Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (225 g) cream cheese
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup (60 g) powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces (225 g) nondairy whipped topping
  • 1 ready-made graham cracker crumb crust

Directions

  1. Melt the cream cheese, and cool slightly. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in the cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Pour mixture into the into ready-made crust
  5. Cover and place in a refrigerator/freezer. Remove when solid.
  6. Serve.

Notes

Fresh fruit, such as blueberries and cherries, make a nice addition.

Melted caramel makes a nice touch when drizzled on top.

Use fudge or melted chocolate bars in place of the cocoa.
