Ingredients

  • 16 cups (loosely packed) frisee
  • About ½ cup Champagne Vinaigrette
  • 8 goat cheese cakes
  • Crumbled crisp bacon pieces, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss frisee with the Champagne Vinaigrette.
  2. Divide salad among 8 salad plates.
  3. Top each salad with a goat cheese cake.
  4. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
