Ingredients

  • 12 prepared crêpes
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices cooked, thinly sliced ham
  • 2 Tbsp finely-chopped green onion
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon prepared mustard
  • ⅓ cup bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In small bowl, combine cheese, onion, salt, pepper, sour cream, and mustard.
  3. Lay one slice of ham on each crêpe.
  4. Spread about 1 tbsp of the mixture over each ham slice.
  5. Roll up crêpes, and arrange in 13x9-inch baking pan.
  6. Combine melted butter and bread crumbs, and sprinkle over crepes.
  7. Cover pan loosely with foil.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes at 350°F.
