Ingredients

  • ½ head (500 grams) white cabbage
  • 100 ml rapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of coarsely-ground pepper

Directions

  1. Slice the cabbage finely (about 1–2 mm thick).
  2. Make a dressing of oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss the cabbage with the dressing.
  3. Put the salad in the fridge overnight.
